But when we evaluate the actual data, the history of medical justification, and the long-term complications men report later in life, a different picture emerges. We find that  the risks outweigh the supposed benefits by a staggering margin. We find  babies still die from it. We find  men suffer lifelong damage that never needed to exist. We find  the claimed benefits are tiny and often manufactured. This is not risk reduction. This is harm redistribution with the child paying the bill. ⸻ I.
